Best Bathroom Decor For Small Spaces
On the hunt for bathroom decorations when your space doesn’t give you a lot of room to work with? Our biggest tip to maximize your space is to add shelves to one of the walls. This post shows how I decorated our small rental, house bathroom.
I kick myself for not taking a more comprehensive photo of the space to give you an idea of what we were working with before we moved. Just believe me when I say this bathroom was SO TINY, and we had zero counter space. Shelves gave me an opportunity to make the space look pretty and so welcoming!
We received so many compliments on our bathroom after we added this super easy addition, and you will too when you make the space your own!
This post is all about what are the bathroom decor for small spaces!

Wall Shelves
Unapologetically, I adore wall shelves! When you have a super crazy small space like we did, there isn’t a lot of room for cute decorations. Shelves give you the space you need to add decorations and spruce up the look.

“These shelves are sturdy and very well made. We wanted shelves to put all our Disney memorabilia on from our most recent trip. I think it looks cute! Now to get more shelves for other parts of the house” – Amazon Review
We found you a similar brand to the shelves we used at our old rental house. Don’t be afraid to ask your landlord if you can drill holes in the wall. Majority of the time, landlords will just ask you to fill in the holes before you leave.
Toilet Paper Basket
Small space and little to no storage room? Personally, I love the look of a toilet pyramid as a practical and crazy easy decoration to place on top of the toilet. Elevate this look with the rectangle black metal basket from Target.

Careful, you may be like me and find yourself owning four of these baskets. The style and shape is perfect for holding toilet paper and organize your bathroom essentials.
White Towels
You’ll wish you had switched to white towels sooner. White towels are easier to maintain than colorful towels, and gives your space a clean look.

Believe me when I say you will absolutely LOVE this Turkish towel set. Right out of the box, they smell incredible and they look incredible! We’ve owned our set for over a year new and the quality is still like new!
Candles
Two factors to consider when purchasing a candle: First the scent and second the overall style/look. I aimed for neutral to white colors for my towels and decorations as this color palette makes the space appear bigger.

While I’m not a major fan of the various scents offered by the Manly Indulgence line, I really liked style and scent of the Warm Beachwood candle.
