St. Patrick’s Day Appetizers & Desserts

When you’re choosing your menu for Saint Patrick’s day, we encourage you to focus on foods with greener tones. This is going to emphasize the green in all the decorations you put out for the holiday and add to the overall theme! Artichoke dip with toasted bread is a great example of how you can add color themed food that is also super delicious.

Looking for some easy snacks that don’t involve a ton of prework? This is probably one of the easiest grabs you can include on the menu without the extra labor. Grapes and sliced green apples laid out on a long tray are a great pick!

With every party you have to have the main meal that fills everyone’s belly! These wings were INCREDIBLE! I miss them so much and I wish I knew the caterer or the recipe they used! You can check your local grocery store or make a large order at Buffalo Wild Wings to get the same effect.

The jalapeno poppers at this party were to die for, and this sent my husband and I on a jalapeno popper journey to recreate this perfect side dish.

Personally, we’ve learned it’s better to make your own or purchase them fresh from the grocery store. The frozen Costco’s jalapeno poppers weren’t as tasty as we’d hoped. I’ll include a highly recommended recipe from AllRecipes here, so you can make your own at home.

Chips and dip are a classic fan favorite to satisfy the munchies for your guests as they wait for the buffalo wings to come out! Don’t neglect to include the guacamole and sour cream dip mix!

M&M cookies are a wonderful choice to stay on theme for Saint Patrick’s Day! I may also suggest you include an assortment of cookies for your guests, but these cookies were perfect for the event.

Le Mirage is the best apartment complex in Texas! I could go as far as to say they’re the best in country. If you live in Midland, Texas, I highly recommend you check them out! Anyone who lives in Midland knows the area is not the nicest, so to have such a great place like Le Mirage to come home to be a real gift to have!
